# Get Agent Reply Times

> How fast an agent answers, from its last 100 finished calls with a conversation. `caller` is what callers wait: from the moment they stop talking to the agent's first sound (null until calls have measured it). `server` is the agent's own processing time once it has decided the caller finished; it reads lower than `caller`. Each figure is the median across calls of that call's typical (median) and slow (90th percentile) turn.
