# Get Agent Activity

> Activity per agent over the last `days` (default 7, at most 90): how many calls each agent handled, how many connected, how many failed, the typical call length and when its last call was. One row per agent that had a call in the window; agents with none are not listed. This is what the dashboard's Agents list shows.
