# Talk to an Agent From a Browser

> Start a test call that a browser joins directly over WebRTC, as the dashboard's test panel does. Returns the call's `callId`, the media `url` and a join `token` for a WebRTC client. The agent runs its draft (or the named `environment`) with your test `variables`, exactly as in a voice test; transfers and keypad tones are simulated, so a test never rings a real number. The call appears in call logs as a web call, with its transcript and recording, and is billed like any call.

Up to 20 test calls per minute per organization.
